IMAGINE
1 Cor 2:9
9 However, as it is written: "No eye has seen,
no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him" NIV
** Well, I read and I know that I am excited about what I do know that I am going to get from God but here it says no matter how much you think or imagine that heaven is like or that God is going to bless us with, it’s not even close to what we will experience!!! I mean, of all that I’ve ever thought about or dreamed that I would receive the blessings of God, it’s not even close to what He has for me!!! Oh I do love Him more than anything ever. There is nothing that even compares to how much I love Him. I know that I will one day stand face to face with Him and I will be blown away with all the greatness of His presence. Just try to imagine what heaven will be like and you will not even touch a drop in the bucket of what it really is.

Me too - ohhh, I can hardly wait to see Him face to face. Just think, He met with Moses face to face! And in Deuteronomy this morning it said,
"But since then there has not arisen in Israel a prophet like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face, in all the signs and wonders which the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt, before Pharaoh, before all his servants, and in all his land, and by all that mighty power and all the great terror which Moses performed in the sight of all Israel." (Deuteronomy 34:10-12)
As I read Deuteronomy 32, 33 and 34 this morning, I was surprised at how my heart hurt for Moses as I read what the Lord said to him about not being allowed to cross over the Jordan and enter into the promised land. Then I felt anger towards the Israelites. I could feel Moses' anger and pain as He delivered his and God's last words to them. God spoke with Moses at the end and said to Moses:
Deuteronomy 32:51- "because you trespassed against Me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah Kadesh, in the Wilderness of Zin, because you did not hallow Me in the midst of the children of Israel."
This makes me sigh deeply and realize how important it is to have deep reverence for, fear of, and love for God, with all my heart, all my mind, all my strength.
But what incredibleness for Moses to have a face to face relationship with God Almighty, Lord of Lord, King of Kings. He had something the Israelites (and we today) did not have, would never experience, and amazingly they did not want to experience.
and another thing - God personally buried Moses! What gesture of honor to Moses! Wow!
