HE'S COMING VERY SOON!

Joel 2:15-16
15 Blow a trumpet in Zion,
Consecrate a fast, proclaim a solemn assembly,
16 Gather the people, sanctify the congregation,
Assemble the elders,
Gather the children and the nursing infants.
Let the bridegroom come out of his room
And the bride out of her bridal chamber. NASU
** Get ready for the wedding!!!! He is coming soon and we are preparing ourselves as a bride to meet Him in the air. Oh how I long for Him to split the sky and in the twinkling of the eye we all will be changed and we will be with Him forever! There are so many signs showing that He is coming soon. Even so “come quickly Lord Jesus.” I’ve heard it my whole life and I’ve talked about it my whole life but I’ve never been so confident in His return by what I see around us as I do right now. I feel like the angel has the horn to his lips and his eyes are on the father waiting for the signal to blow the trumpet!

I feel it too! The last couple of weeks I cannot get enough of His word. Amos really opened my eyes on some things. Now I am in Isaiah (one of my favorites books in His Old Testament. Thank goodness for His New Testament and His son Jesus Christ!). Going through Isaiah this time will be a real feast for my spirit cause I can go slowly, writing each word. Things have been so hectic in my life lately, what with packing and getting ready to move, that I did not want to get behind in His word, so I am actually a few days ahead. And it's fantastic. Psalm 115 and 116 really spoke volumes to me this morning to Praise the Lord for all His benefits toward me. I can't wait to be with Him in the twinkling of an eye! I remember a time a few years ago when I said to Him, "Lord, please not today. I want you to come soon, but just not today." Funny, how your attitude can change as He changes things in your life.

Blessings PD and you and the family have a great family reunion.
