Recharging

We just had our Airconditioners recharged because over the years they slowly leaked the freeon out. they looked like they were cooling the room and they sounded like they were cooling the room but after many hours of running they could not keep up witht the hot weather we are having. This also reminds me of many Christians in the world today. they look like they are there to help others find the truth and they sound like they can help others find the truth but when it all comes down to telling the truth and giving the truth out to the lost they run for hours and days and weeks but never are able to share the truth with the world. We all need recharging often. that's when we can rely upon the Holy Spirit to come and break through all the distractions in our lives and recharge us with a passion for reaching the lost.

"Oh God, recharge me through Your Holy Spirit today."

Ok,Ok, I know it's been a looooong time since my last post but I can't tell you how busy my last month has been. God is awesome and He is Lord of all. it's amazing how great the services have been since we made the merge with new hope. will all the hussle and bussle going on i'm impressed at all the teams and how they have kept themselves together and how they continue to bless God and Celebration with some pretty great presentations. I just want to take this time to appreciate the worship team and let you all know that as i set in on your rehursal this past saturday i was so impressed with the time commitment you make to God and how great you sound on sunday mornings. thanks thanks thanks for your faithfulness! You make pastoring easy and a great delight.
